XFM 100.2
If you've been to Malta, you'll no doubt have heard their favourite music mix. A visitor to Sliema, St Julians', Paceville, or pretty much anywhere else on the island, would have to be hard of hearing not to have had XFM 100.2 blasting out around them at some point.
Here I present a link to the XFM 100.2 online live stream, as well as a link to my own video review for the Bayview Hotel, Sliema. (Other videos are available in the video bar on the right hand side of this blog).

I personally recommend you give a bit of ear-time to Caroline Eckett. Breakfast show genius on Malta! Watch out Moyles!
Also, here's my naff-ly put together advert for the Bayview Hotel, Sliema. (Other adverts, and hotels, ARE available!)

Believe me.... My love of Malta holds no bounds, and I'm working on several videos, soon to be uploaded to this blog. A 4gb memory card holds more than memories!
Sahha for now!

Hello,
Ma nitkellimx bil-Malti, but I CAN speak ABOUT Malta!
Hello and bonju. I am proud to put together a website about my favourite place on earth. Seriously!
This may seem a somewhat stark comment, considering I have visited London, Prague and New York. Three of the most famous and beautiful cities on earth, but Malta and its capital, Valletta, invoke such emotion.
I had childhood holidays in Malta, which inevitably left me with great memories, but for years afterwards, Malta stayed there in my mind like a fruit tree growing away happily, yet undisturbed, in the back of my brain!
I had a career in journalism in Britain. On more occasions than I would care to mention, I would scour the internet, looking into the possibilities of working for newspapers in Malta. These pipe dreams would wax and wane like the phases of the moon and the tides of the sea, but never did I stray from the dream I would one day have the privilege of living in Malta. It's a dream still alive within me. Schmalzy, yes. True, yes. Will it ever happen? Not sure!
This summer (2009) I visited Malta with a friend. Incredible as it sounds, the moment I left the airport, it was like a pilot light lit within me. It was Malta. My old friend. The last time I was here I must have been just 14. Yet, at the age of 32, I was so excited.
Malta is such a cute, beautiful island, with history and knowledge even the most ignorant can't ignore.
Whoever you are and why ever you're reading this blog, I hope you enjoy it and I hope it inspires you to visit Malta.
Kisses xx Gav.
